Conditions
The indicated prices are intended per person and per day.
All apartments are equipped with tv, dish washer, parking space (front garden), heated ski room. Shared washing machine, play ground in the immediate vicinity and two balconies except the apartments Hermine5 and Rottonara2 because they are situated on the ground floor. They are equipped with bed linen, towels and tea towels. All apartments are suitable for 4 people. Cleaning service and sheet changing is provided twice a week.
The booking is binding after having paid the requested deposit by bank transfer and received our written confirmation.
In case of cancelled bookings we will not return the deposit.
In case of delayed or missed arrival and of earlier departure we will charge 80% of the settled daily rate until the end of the stay. If we will not be informed about your earlier departure at least one day before, we will charge 100% of the settled daily rate.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the arrival day until 9.30 a.m. on the departure day.
For the payment we accept: cash or bank transfer. You are pleased to pay the day before departure.
